Hello and welcome to my shop!
This is a one woman shop, owned and operated by Kate O'Hara. Kate is an illustrator and artist currently based in Reno, Nevada. She received a BFA in Illustration from the University of the Arts. Her artwork combines intricate nature drawings with decorative hand-lettering and a playful sense of humor. She does a variety of illustration work, but lately had been focusing on publishing projects. This includes the Wild Wisdom book series that she illustrated with Storey Publishing and author Maia Toll, made up of: The Illustrated Herbiary, The Illustrated Bestiary and The Illustrated Crystallary. Her fine artwork focuses on darker themes of life and death and cycles of nature, often done in a combination of acrylics and colored pencil. When she's not working she's usually outside exploring with her dog Ned.
Her shop is a combination of products inspired by her fine art and illustration work. All products are designed and illustrated by Kate and many of them are hand made, including the screen printed apparel and all linocut designs. Other products are produced through a variety of manufacturers, carefully selected for the quality of their work. Products range from stickers and patches, prints and cards, and fun apparel.
